What is included in a PhotoBuffs booking?
Both experiences include unlimited printing for your booked timeframe, fast color-printed 2×6 photo strips, specialty themed props sanitized for your event, a professional attendant on site, full setup and breakdown, USB digital copies of every photo, and a memory book containing every strip printed on the night.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks before your event. Weekend dates — Fridays and Saturdays especially — book up quickly during the Central Florida wedding season, so earlier is always safer.
What is the difference between the Traditional and Fiesta experiences?
The Traditional Experience leans classic and elegant: neutral backdrops, refined props, and a look that sits comfortably alongside wedding and gala decor. The Fiesta Experience is built for color and energy — festive props and bold visuals suited to quinceañeras, birthdays, and school events.
Everything else — unlimited prints, attendant, setup, USB copies, memory book — is identical between the two.
Can guests make more than photos — GIFs, boomerangs, video?
Yes. As well as classic photos and multi-shot frames, the booth captures GIFs, boomerangs, video clips and slow motion, and it can record a spoken video guest book message for the couple or guest of honor. There is also green screen, plus AR filters, face masks and a glam pass if your crowd wants them.
Every mode is available at both the Traditional and Fiesta experiences — it is the same booth.
How do guests get the digital copies?
Straight from the booth: text message, email, QR code or AirDrop, so the photo is on their phone before they walk away. Prints come out at the same time. We can also run a live slideshow on a screen or projector during the event, and your full gallery stays online afterwards — plus USB copies and the printed memory book.
Do guests get to keep printed photos on the night?
Yes. Guests print as many strips as they like for the entire booked timeframe, and the prints come out in seconds. You also receive a memory book of every strip printed, plus USB digital copies of all photos afterwards.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Orlando and regularly travel across Central Florida — including Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Ocoee, Clermont, Daytona Beach, and The Villages. If your venue is a little further out, ask us anyway and we will let you know.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, corporate events and galas, proms and school events, anniversaries, and just about any celebration where people want a photo to take home.
What equipment do you use?
We run a Salsa 2 booth on the Fiesta photo booth platform from Photobooth Supply Co — professional, industry-standard kit rather than a consumer tablet setup. It is what gives you the capture modes above, instant digital sharing, and reliable prints all night.
Prints are full-color 2×6 strips. Lighting, backdrop and props are set up around your venue and floor plan by an attendant who stays for the whole event.
Are the props cleaned between events?
Yes — the full prop collection is sanitized before every event, for both the Traditional and Fiesta setups.
Do we need to set anything up ourselves?
No. Setup and breakdown are included, and a professional attendant stays with the booth for the whole event to keep things running, help guests, and manage the prints.
